No, You can no longer buy pre-franked shipping labels in our eShop. In order to improve the quality of our products, we will no longer be selling pre-franked labels in our eShop, Post Offices, Postal Points or Parcel Points as from 15/04/2025. Of course, you can still use the prepaid labels you have already purchased from us. They will remain valid until 31/12/2026.  If you would like to create a shipping label online, you can use our shipping tool . You can also visit a Post Office, Postal Point or Parcel Point.

You can follow your parcel outside Belgium with Track & Trace. bpost relies on its international partners for the Track & Trace information. They are not always able to communicate this information (on time) so you might not be able to follow your parcel immediately. Once your parcel arrives in Belgium at bpost, you can follow it with our Track & Trace and the My bpost app. , Tip: , You can also follow your parcel with the Track & Trace of the foreign postal service handling your parcel. Use the barcode number that you received from the sender and enter it in the Track & Trace of the foreign postal service. , Please note: , If your barcode starts with the letter ‘U’, you cannot track your shipment. This barcode is only used to facilitate the import procedure and present the shipment to Belgian customs. After the shipment is released, it will be handed over to bpost without further tracking.
Who can pick up your shipment depends on the type of shipment. , My shipment is a parcel , Anyone can pick up your parcel from a Pick-up Point or Parcel Locker as long as that person has the barcode of your parcel. You can find the barcode in the confirmation email, the My bpost app or on the notice of absence you received in your letterbox. , My shipment is registered mail , You can recognise registered mail by the barcode starting with the numbers ‘010’ or the letter ‘R’.  Only the specified recipient can pick up registered mail upon presentation of their ID card and the barcode. You can also give a postal mandate to someone else by signing the notice of absence and giving it to the person who will pick up your shipment. bpost delivers this mail in Belgium. Outside Belgium it is delivered by a local postal operator.
You can designate someone else to take receipt of your registered mail on your behalf. In such a case you give them a proxy. You can do that in various ways. Give a proxy in the My bpost app You will receive a notification in the app or by email about new incoming registered mail, provided you haven’t turned off notifications. So if you won’t be home, you’ll still have time to set up a proxy. Open the app and tap first ‘More’, then ‘delivery preferences’. Tap ‘registered mail’ and choose your preferred proxy: ‘Last minute’ or ‘Classic’. Identify yourself (with itsme® or with your ID card) and follow the steps. You will receive a QR code, which you can pass on to the person of your choosing. This person simply shows this QR code during delivery. If you set up a traditional proxy, they will also have to present their ID card.   Set up a proxy on your failed delivery notice If you are not at home and you have not set any delivery preferences, we will leave a failed delivery notice. You can set up a proxy using this notification: Simply add the requested details on the rear and sign. Give this to the person you choose, along with a copy of the front and back of your ID card. To take receipt of the registered mail from the postwoman or man or at the Post Office counter this person presents: Their own ID card; The failed delivery notice as completed and signed by you; The copy of your ID card. We automatically treat international mail as priority mail. But the final delivery period depends on the postal service in the destination country. bpost has no influence over this. To be sure that your letter or card is treated as priority mail abroad, attach an 'A PRIOR' stick-on label. You can get those labels for free in a Post Office.
