Can I still use stamps?

Regular stamps or mourning stamps are still available but don’t guarantee the extra care and priority as the red mourning bag, for which we send automatic updates to your funeral service provider.

Why couldn’t I temporarily send goods to the US?

Shipments to the United States and its territories were briefly suspended due to new U.S. Customs regulations. These rules removed the previous value threshold and now require all import duties and taxes to be paid before parcels enter the country. They also introduced stricter documentation requirements, including detailed item descriptions, HS codes and origin information. We first needed to update our systems to comply with these new rules. Until that work was complete, sending goods to the US wasn’t possible.

How do I make a postcard using Mobile Postcard?

Make a postcard via the Mobile Postcard app on your smartphone or tablet by following these simple steps: Step 1: Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Step 7: Choose your sending method: 'Priority' or 'Non-priority' for Belgium. Step 8: Pay and send your postcard. Send your card before 3 p.m. to have it printed and sent on the same day. When your personalised postcard is sent, you will receive a confirmation email. I still have old stamps. Can I still use them?

Stamps with a face value in Belgian francs will be invalid from 1 January 2028. Stamps with a face value in euros are valid indefinitely. The old stamps cannot be used for prior mail in Belgium (this requires a Prior stamp with barcode). Parcels or registered mail cannot be franked with the old stamps either.

Can I use any image on my personalised stamp?

The My Bpost app is your gateway to various Bpost services. You can track parcels, set your delivery preferences, settle import charges and so much more… , See the status of parcels in Track & Trace , You can track all your parcels in the app. That includes parcels delivered by other companies. Most Bpost parcels are shown automatically in the app. You can add other parcels by scanning the barcode or manually entering the barcode number. You receive status updates to ensure you always know where your parcel is.
