Where can I find stamps for special occasions?

bpost regularly issues special stamps for national mail, Priority stamps, and Non-Priority stamps with a value of 1. Special stamps can be purchased in: Our eShop A Post Office or Post Point A stamp shop (bookshops, supermarkets, petrol stations, etc.) Note: for non-standardised mail you must attach multiple special stamps until you attain the correct price.
You can follow your shipment abroad online via Track & Trace or the My bpost app using the barcode number of your shipment. As soon as your parcel crosses the border, another foreign postal service will take care of the delivery. From the moment your parcel is abroad, we depend on information from our foreign colleagues.
Can I hand in my return shipment at a Post Office or Post Point, give it to the postman or leave it in a bbox locker?

, You can also hand over your return to the postman when he delivers a parcel. Make sure your return is ready for shipment, with the return label attached, and weighs no more than 30 kg. If you request a pick-up online before 11.30 am or by phone before noon, the postman will come and collect your parcel(s) the same day between noon and 5 pm. If you contact us later during the day, he will come the next working day. Stick a bpost shipping label on each parcel. That label is not included in the price of the collection on request. When and where can I pick up my registered mail?

If you have received one, the pick-up location and term will be stated on your failed delivery notice. If you have chosen in the My bpost app to have registered mail delivered straight to a Post Office or Post Point near you, you will receive a push notification in the app and e-mail as soon as the registered mail is available for pick-up.
What is Mail Ahead?

Mail Ahead in the My bpost app allows you to see your incoming mail, even before the mail carrier drops it in the letterbox. You will see an image of the outside of your personal mail that you will receive in your letterbox that day. This newly launched feature is in its beta version and not yet available to everyone. Our beta tester community is growing, and you may become part of it soon. Alternatively, you can access it once it’s fully launched.

You can set up this service free of charge in the My bpost app under ‘delivery preferences’. All you need to do is identify yourself. You can do that using itsme or by scanning your ID card in the app. You can also go along to a post office to request delivery of registered mail straight to your letterbox. You will have to show your ID card for this.
