At the moment, you cannot prepare registered mail for delivery to a foreign address online or using the My bpost app. If you need to send registered mail to a foreign address you can go to a Post Office or Post Point.
You can drop off a registered mail item in a Red Letterbox if a shipping label is affixed that has been created using the My bpost app or online shipping tool. In all other cases you should drop off your registered mail at a Post Office or Post Point.
You print and attach your shipping label as follows: Print your shipping label (at home) or choose the option ‘Print in a Post Office or Post Point'. Attach the shipping label to your parcel with strong tape. Make sure that it is water-proof and can withstand transportation.
After paying for the shipping label for your registered mail, you receive it in digital form in the app, online shipping tool and by email. You can print it yourself or have it printed free of charge at a Post Office or Post Point. You simply need to show the digital label to the person at the counter and they will do the rest.
If the counter clerk at your Post Office or Post Point asks you to pay, then the return shipment is not free. Read the terms and conditions for returning parcels on the website of the online shop. Your return shipment is probably an exception to the free returns policy.
To have your letter delivered tomorrow within Belgium, use a prior seal and deliver your prior letter before the last collection in: A Red Letter Box. You will find the time of the last collection on the letterbox. A Post Office or Post Point. You'll find the time of the last collection in each office.

To send a letter as priority mail, you need a priority stamp. To be sure that your priority delivery arrives the next workday, you must put it in a red mailbox before the last collection or drop it off at a Post Office or Post Point before 16:00. Only a priority stamp guarantees that your letter is delivered the next workday. Writing 'priority' on an envelope with a non-priority stamp does not count.
