For both solutions, the maximum permitted weight is 1 kg: Minipack small (max: 19.5 cm x 27.5 cm x 4 cm) Minipack medium (max: 21 cm x 34 cm x 4 cm) Is your parcel larger than these dimensions, heavier than 1 kg or destined for abroad? If you have a failed delivery notice with details of where to pick up your registered mail, take the following with you when you go to the Pick-up point: The failed delivery notice Your ID card If you have registered your preference in the My bpost app to have your registered mail redirected straight to a Post Office or Post Point, you just need to tell the person at the counter your name or show them the barcode of the registered mail. Have someone else pick it up? You can designate someone else to pick up your registered mail on your behalf. You do have to give that person a proxy .

Yes, you can do that with our online shipping tool. It is also cheaper than sending a parcel to a home address in France. Currently, there are some 8750 Pick-up points in France. And more are being added. Please note that your parcel for a Pick-up point in France must meet the following conditions: The length of your parcel may not exceed 120 cm. The sum of the length, width and height of your parcel may not exceed 150 cm. Your parcel can weigh maximum 30 kg. You can easily select the desired Pick-up point when creating your shipping label online via our online shipping tool.

You can send the same photo or video card again. It will remain available in the app for up to two weeks after you send the card for the first time. In the app, go to 'Follow-up' and choose 'Resend'. You have to pay for this. Let us know if you're sure that the card did not arrive and that you entered a correct address. Use the online form at the bottom of this page. You need the following details to create a shipping label: Your address, in case your parcel is returned. Address of the addressee or Pick-up Point or Parcel Locker of your choice. If you create your shipping label online , you can easily choose the Pick-up Point or Parcel Locker from a list. Email address of the addressee (required if you send to a Parcel Locker). That way, we can take their delivery preferences into account (if within Belgium). The dimensions and weight of your parcel. The desired options, for example whether you want to receive a confirmation text message. A printer. You do not need special printer paper to print your shipping label. If you don't have a printer, choose the 'Print my shipping label' option and have it printed for a fee in a Post Office or Post Point. Tip: tape the label on the top of the package with strong tape.
