To send a parcel, you need a shipping label. There are different ways to obtain a shipping label: Create a shipping label online or in the My bpost app and print it at home or for a fee in a Post Office, Post Point or Parcel Point. Purchase your shipping label in a Post Office, Post Point or Parcel Point (depending on the available selection).
The fastest way to send your parcel within Belgium is with our courier service Euro-Sprinters. If you place an order today, then it will be collected and delivered today. bpost also delivers parcels quickly. If you send a parcel, we try to deliver it the next workday within Belgium.
If you send a parcel abroad, then it depends on the local customs agency whether you receive a new status or not. As soon as customs releases the parcel, it is delivered to the addressee by the local postal service. You can follow the status of your parcel in the My bpost app or via Track & Trace.
