How can I receive my money?

You pick up the money in a Post Office in your neighbourhood or in a Ria agency. On the ‘Receive money’ form, fill in the transaction PIN code, the first and last name of the sender, and the country where the money was sent. Give the completed form to the counter clerk together with your identity document. After your details are checked, the counter clerk will pay out the amount in cash.

Stamps with a face value in Belgian francs will be invalid from 1 January 2028. Stamps with a face value in euros are valid indefinitely. You can use them to frank Non prior mail in Belgium. Mail for foreign addresses. In this case, affix a blue A Prior sticker as well. The old stamps cannot be used for prior mail in Belgium (this requires a prior stamp with barcode). Parcels or registered mail cannot be franked with the old stamps either.
I can't track my shipment with the barcode, why is that?

This is the case when your barcode starts with the letter “U”. Barcodes starting with “U” are only created to allow shipments through customs. For this shipment, the decision was made to deliver without Track & Trace. This can be the choice of the sender or the recipient when purchasing from the online shop. Shipments with this barcode are processed like letters and will arrive within a maximum of 5 workdays after customs clearance.
Your parcel will not appear in the app if you have ordered it with a different e-mail address than the one linked to the My bpost app. You can easily add an e-mail address in the app: Open the My bpost app Go to the 'More' menu at the bottom of the app. Select 'My e-mail addresses' Add the e-mail address

Use Mobile Postcard with respect: only use photos that you own. Do not mail shocking, unethical or illegal photos. Do I have to declare my shipment via bpost?

No. You are free to choose any carrier to present your shipment to Belgian customs. Note that they will also charge you an administration fee. Theoretically, you can declare your shipment to Belgian customs yourself without any support of bpost or another carrier. However, you should be aware that the customs clearance procedure is complex. We therefore recommend you to let us or another carrier present your shipment to customs.
