You can buy a shipping label in a Post Office, Post Point or Parcel Point. If you create a shipping label online, you can have it printed at a Post Office or Post Point. Indicate this option - before you pay – in your shopping basket. Please note: this choice is valid for your entire order and not per label. Some Post Offices have a kiosk where you can create your shipping label.
Your parcel remains available at a Pick-up point for 14 calendar days and at a Parcel Locker for 5 calendar days. After that it will be sent back to the sender.

Tap ‘registered mail’ and choose your preferred proxy: ‘Last minute’ or ‘Classic’. Identify yourself (with itsme® or with your ID card) and follow the steps. You will receive a QR code, which you can pass on to the person of your choosing. This person simply shows this QR code during delivery. If you set up a traditional proxy, they will also have to present their ID card. Set up a proxy on your failed delivery notice If you are not at home and you have not set any delivery preferences, we will leave a failed delivery notice.
