To which foreign countries can I send money with Ria?

With Ria Money Transfer, you can send money to 161 countries around the world. New countries are still being added. You'll find a list of countries that you can send money to in your Post Office or Ria agency.
If you have a new email address, you're best off making a new account. You can then transfer the credits from your old account to your new one. There are just a few steps involved: Log in to your new account and select 'Menu' in the bottom-right corner. Choose 'My account' and then select 'Transfer my credits'. Fill in your old email address - the one attached to the account you used to buy credits. At your old email address, you'll receive an email about transferring the credits. If you're unable to transfer your credits, please contact customer service. The cards you've made and address details can't be transferred from your old account to you new one, unless these addresses came from the address book on your telephone or SIM card and you import them once again.

, Unfortunately, we cannot change it. The shipment will be delivered to the address indicated. Check whether your profile details are up to date in the online shop where you placed an order.

, If you notice that the delivery address is wrong or incomplete, you can still modify it in the My bpost app or in Track & Trace. Provided that: Your parcel has not yet arrived at our sorting centre. Both the correct and incorrect address share the same postal code. The delivery address is not a Pick-up point. The US government has decided that from 29 August 2025, import duties for all shipments with goods must be prepaid, regardless of value. You will usually be asked to return the incorrect parcel first. If the sender offers you the option to return your parcel, then attach the return label on the parcel and send it back. The return label is in the package, or you can download and print it from the sender's website or from an e-mail from the sender. If the sender does not offer any return options, then you can purchase a shipping label. Attach that on top of the shipping label of your original parcel and bring the parcel to a Post Office, Post Point, Parcel Point or Parcel Locker to send it back.
