How can I pay for a postcard with Mobile Postcard?

You pay with VISA, MasterCard, Bancontact, bpaid or PayPal. You can pay for your order when you send the postcard(s). Or you buy credits in advance. With credits you pay less per card, the whole process is quicker, and you can send several postcards at the same time with the app. If you received a promotional code, you enter it after adding the address of the addressee.
How do I know if my Mobile Postcard has arrived?

You know when your postcard has been sent when you receive a confirmation email. In the app, under 'Follow-up' it will also say 'Sent'. It should arrive the next workday for 'Priority' mail to a Belgian destination, and within three days for 'Non-priority' mail to a Belgian destination. Of course, you can ask the addressee whether your card has arrived.
How much text can I put on a Mobile Postcard?

You can put 15 lines of text on the back of your card. The app lets you know if your text is too long.
How do I know when my parcel arrived at the addressee?

Follow your parcel with Track & Trace or the My bpost app. You'll need the barcode number or the reference of your parcel. Those details are on your shipping label or you received them via text message or email; they are also on the shipping receipt or Post Office receipt. If you want to be notified by text message or email, choose the option ‘With confirmation of delivery’ when creating your shipping label. This option is only available for shipments within Belgium.
How do I know if my postcard was sent?

When your personalised postcard is sent, you will receive a confirmation email. You'll be able to find updates by looking under Follow-up > Sent. Please note: the confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address that you used to log into the app. You didn't receive an e-mail? Look under Menu > My account to see which e-mail address you used to log in. Tip for sending your Mobile Postcard: enter a return address under Menu > My account > Return address.
Does the addressee need a QR scanner to watch the video?

The recipient of your video postcard does not need a QR scanner. They can also access the video with the Mobile Postcard app or the camera of a recent smartphone.
What is a secure delivery?

A secure delivery ensures that only you, or someone you designate, is able to receive your parcel. Your parcel will only be handed over if your personal secure delivery code is shown. You receive this code by email and it is also displayed in the My bpost app. You show it to the person who delivers your parcel or the person at the Pick-up point. The shipper, such as a webshop, selects a secure delivery if it needs to be sure that the right person takes receipt of the parcel. Unfortunately, due to the extra security requirements, we cannot always comply with your delivery preferences.

You can use credits to pay for a mobile postcard. The more credits you buy in advance, the less you pay per postcard. You can easily purchase credits via the 'Credits' menu at the bottom of the screen in the app. With 1 credit, you can send 1 card (as 'Non-priority' mail) to a destination address in Belgium. You are responsible for the quality of the photos, the layout of your postcard, and the correct address: For your photo or video postcard, choose photos of at least 1831 x 1276 pixels. Check the print preview of your postcard carefully. [ Follow the app's suggestions if an error message appears on the address. For complaints about the quality of your postcard or non-delivery, contact the Customer Care Centre. They will investigate what went wrong.
