If you were given the red bag by your funeral service provider, they will invoice you the full cost after the funerals. You can get an invoice for your order of personalised stamps. You must make and order your stamps with MyStamp Pro, the tool for companies, and mention your VAT number when paying. We will send your invoice 3 workdays after your order was placed to the address that you mentioned.

If you have written your address on the back of the envelope, your mail item will be returned to you. If you have not, the addressee will have to pay a charge before the mail item can be delivered. The addressee has to frank a yellow card covering the amount of the missing postage. We deliver the mail item once we receive this postage card at the address stated.
The website where I ordered my parcel says 'free returns', but bpost is still charging shipping fees. Why is that?

If the counter clerk at your Post Office or Post Point asks you to pay, then the return shipment is not free. Read the terms and conditions for returning parcels on the website of the online shop. Your return shipment is probably an exception to the free returns policy.
You can buy a shipping label in a Post Office, Post Point or Parcel Point. If you create a shipping label online, you can have it printed at a Post Office or Post Point. Indicate this option - before you pay – in your shopping basket. Please note: this choice is valid for your entire order and not per label. Some Post Offices have a kiosk where you can create your shipping label.
