If your shipment has the status "On the way to Belgium", it has not arrived in Belgium yet. The delivery periods of a foreign shipment to Belgium vary from country to country. No. You are free to choose any carrier to present your shipment to Belgian customs. Note that they will also charge you an administration fee. Theoretically, you can declare your shipment to Belgian customs yourself without any support of bpost or another carrier. However, you should be aware that the customs clearance procedure is complex. We therefore recommend you to let us or another carrier present your shipment to customs.
