At the moment, you cannot prepare registered mail for delivery to a foreign address online or using the My bpost app. If you need to send registered mail to a foreign address you can go to a Post Office or Post Point.
The counter clerk in your Post Office will ask why you are sending money.
You can drop off a registered mail item in a Red Letterbox if a shipping label is affixed that has been created using the My bpost app or online shipping tool. In all other cases you should drop off your registered mail at a Post Office or Post Point.

You can print it yourself or have it printed free of charge at a Post Office or Post Point. You simply need to show the digital label to the person at the counter and they will do the rest.
You can send money to someone in Belgium. Your addressee can pick up the money in any Ria agency or Post Office.
