Can I use any image on my personalised stamp?

Choose a JPEG photo in colour or black and white of maximum 3.2 MB. Make sure that you own the copyright of the photo. Don't just use photos taken off the internet. Unethical, provocative or misleading photos are forbidden.

How long will my international parcel be in transit?

You can personalise a postcard for lots of people by resending the card. Send the card to one person. Then, in the app, go to 'Follow-up', tap on the sent card and choose 'Resend'. You can still edit the card to add, for example, a different salutation.
How do I prepay my international registered mail?

Your international registered mail is a priority shipment so you need the following stamps: a Priority stamp for the correct destination (Europe or World) a stamp for Registered Mail You can calculate the price of your international shipment with our price calculator. Do I have to indicate a Ria agency?

That depends on the receiving country. For most countries, you only have to indicate the name of the country. For some countries, you must also indicate in which Ria agency your addressee will pick up the money. The counter clerk in your Post Office will tell you which countries require you to choose a Ria agency.
bpost does all it can to deliver registered mail on the next workday. If you notice with Track & Trace that your registered mail is in transit for longer, please let us know via our online customer care .
You can also pick up your registered mail by showing the barcode or mailing number. Don't forget to bring your ID card. Let us know if your postman didn't leave a failed delivery notice so that we can improve our services.
