You can make personalised stamps with your own photos with MyStamp. You select a photo on your computer, on social network websites like Facebook, or on online web albums. You receive your personalised stamps in your letterbox within 5 workdays. For companies that is within 10 workdays.
How much does that cost?

Each delivered card/letter will cost the price of a PRIOR sending (see Quantity-pricing for 0-50 g letters). If you were given the red bag by your funeral service provider, they will invoice you the full cost after the funerals. If you drop your letters/cards directly at the Post Office, you will pay the total amount upfront.
How do I send a fragile parcel with bpost as safely as possible?

Tips for sending a fragile parcel: Make sure that two fragile objects don't touch - place something between them. Fill the empty space in the box with blister padding or other material. bpost does not have a specific way of sending fragile objects.
I still have old stamps. Can I still use them?

Stamps with a face value in Belgian francs will be invalid from 1 January 2028. Stamps with a face value in euros are valid indefinitely. The old stamps cannot be used for prior mail in Belgium (this requires a Prior stamp with barcode). Parcels or registered mail cannot be franked with the old stamps either.
Can I reopen my locker after closing it?

You can reopen your locker as often as needed within 10 minutes after closing it. After that, access is limited until the end of your rental. If needed, you can also end your rental early to retrieve your items sooner. Please note that no refund is provided for any unused time.
Will I get the money from my purchase back?

Can I edit the location or time of a delivery?

Once you have attached the shipping label to your parcel and placed it in one of bpost's Post Points, you can no longer edit the shipping details. Your addressee can edit his/her delivery preferences online or via the My bpost app (for all parcels or per parcel).
I didn’t receive my newspaper. What can I do?

If you haven’t received a newspaper in your letterbox, it is best to contact the publisher directly. That way, your complaint will immediately be dealt with properly. The publisher can then offer compensation or extend your subscription. Your complaint will also be forwarded to bpost automatically so that we can improve our service if necessary.
