Fewer letters are being sent, while more parcels are being delivered. That is why Bpost is adapting the way it operates.

More and more people shop online in the evening and expect their parcel to arrive the next day. At the same time, parcel volumes are increasing while letter volumes are decreasing. To respond to these changes, Bpost has adapted its operations. As a result, delivery rounds now start later.

To organise our service efficiently, several postmen may work together in your area. As a result, a different colleague may occasionally deliver your mail or parcels.

No. Delivery will continue to take place on the scheduled day. Your postman may simply arrive a little later in the day than you are currently used to.

Yes. Parcels, registered mail and priority mail continue to be delivered every day. Non-priority mail continues to be delivered according to the usual schedule.

No. You will normally receive one visit per day for both mail and parcels. The only exception is if you have chosen an evening parcel delivery.
