Delays affecting letters and parcels

Due to earlier union action, a large backlog has built up in the processing of letters and parcels.

In Flanders, local delays may still occur.

In Wallonia and Brussels, work has resumed, but the accumulated backlog is still causing significant delays.

As a result, the status in Track & Trace and in the My Bpost app may remain unchanged for several days until processing resumes. Unfortunately, it is not possible to speed up delivery or collect parcels yourself.
