bpost has stamps for shipments outside Belgium. There are stamps for Europe (EUROPE) and for the rest of the world (WORLD). You can buy them at our Postal office and Postal Points and in our eShop. example EUROPE eShop - stamps EUROPE example WORLD eShop - stamps WORLD The number and type of stamps for your letter sent abroad depends on the size, weight and destination of your letter.
Can I pay my import costs using another method than online?

Import costs on shipments from outside the EU are preferably paid online via the My bpost app or via Track & Trace. If you have no experience with online payments, have someone close to you help you. If you have not paid after 14 days, our shipment will be returned to the sender. If you are unable to pay online, you can, exceptionally, make your payment at a Post Office. Your shipment will be released and sent afterwards by the customs clearance service. You will not receive it immediately.
Why can I only use my official name for Mail Ahead?

Note: You can still use your franking machine for memorial invitations, but they will be sent through the traditional priority mail circuit and will not benefit from our new approach.

The My bpost app is free to install. You can pay for the following bpost products and services in the app:

, for a parcel. You create the shipping label in the app and pay for it at the checkout.
, Import charges for mail shipped from outside the European Union.
, You may have to pay import charges when you receive a parcel shipped from outside the European Union. You will be notified of this in the app. You can pay for a shipping label or settle import charges in one of the following ways: With Payconiq by Bancontact or your banking app with Payconiq by Bancontact functionality or using your card reader. Mastercard, Visa, Maestro PayPal
Shipping labels can be created for deliveries to pick-up points in the Netherlands with the PrestaShop and WooCommerce plug-ins. Shipments to Pick-up points in other countries will be available soon. If you have any questions about your plugin, you can always email eol@bpost.be . Shipping labels cannot currently be created for deliveries to a Pick-up point in another country than Belgium with the Adobe Commerce, Ecwid and Shopify plugins, but they will be available soon. However, you can manually create a label for delivery to a Pick-up point abroad on the bpost shipping platform.
If the original packaging is still in good shape, then you can reuse it to send your parcel back. Remove the original shipping label or place the return label on top of it. If the original packaging is damaged or cannot be securely closed, use alternative packaging. In our eShop, you'll find reusable boxes in various sizes.
