Union actions: impact on the processing of shipments

Due to trade union actions, a significant backlog has built up in the processing of parcels and letters in our network. In Flanders, delays may occur.
In Wallonia and Brussels, the processing of shipments is temporarily suspended, which lead to severe delays. As a result, the status in Track & Trace and the My Bpost app may remain unchanged until shipping resumes.
