Union actions: a significant backlog and delays remain

In Flanders, local delays are still possible.
In Wallonia and Brussels, work is gradually resuming. However, due to the large backlog, there are very severe delays.
As a result, the status in Track & Trace and in the My Bpost app may remain unchanged for a long period until the processing of your shipment resumes.
Unfortunately, it is also not possible to speed up the delivery or to collect parcels yourself.
