How does it work?
How to rent a locker
1. Go to a Bbox
Head to one of our rental spots and tap ‘store’ on the screen.

2. Choose rental time and receiver
Pick a locker size, set the rental period, and choose who will pick up the items: you or someone else.
3. Place your items and close the door
Close the door, and you're done. Only you - or the person you selected - can open it with the QR code sent by email.
How to pick up your items
1. Go to the Bbox
Tap ‘pick up’ on the screen.
2. Scan the QR code - done!
Scan the QR code from your email and the locker door will open.
Good to know before you rent a locker
Rental prices start at €0.45 per hour, depending on the locker size (S, M, L, or XL). A minimum rental of 4 hours applies. For longer use, you can opt for a daily rate (24h). You can easily pay via Bancontact Pay or Wero through your banking app.

No problem. Your rental is automatically extended if the items aren’t picked up in time. Additional fees will apply and are paid when the locker is opened.
Picking up your items yourself
You can still pick up your items within 5 extra days after the rental ends.
Handing over to someone else
If the recipient can’t make it, they can still pick up the items within 5 extra days. Prefer to step in? You can also pick them up yourself as a fallback.
After these extra 5 days, items will be removed by Bpost.
You can reopen your locker as often as needed within 10 minutes after closing it. After that, access is limited until the end of your rental. If needed, you can also end your rental early to retrieve your items sooner. Please note that no refund is provided for any unused time.
