Delay parcels from United Kingdom and Germany
Due to IT-problems at our partner Royal mail and strikes at Deutsche Post, we expect delays in the delivery of letters and parcels from Germany and United Kingdom to Belgium As soon as the parcel arrives in Belgium, the status of your parcel will be updated. Unfortunately, our customer service cannot provide you with further information.



Correct addressing for Mail ID users via OptiAddress

The OptiAddress service enables users of ID Mail to check the addresses of their recipients via an exchange of structured files (.xml or .txt), whether or not their is a physical mail deposit.

For every address of a file sent, the bpost response file indicates whether or not the address has been recognized. If there are any errors detected in an address, a corrected version will be suggested if possible.

Before using the service, you must obtain certification from bpost.
