How do I open a bbox to pick up a night delivery?

As soon as your parcel is in the bbox locker, you will receive an email with the necessary instructions.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Scan the QR code from the email or enter the unique 6-digit code. The locker will open automatically.
  2. Take your parcel out of the locker and close the door.
  3. Do you have multiple parcels? Then select ‘I want to pick up another parcel’ on the screen. When you’re done, select ‘I’m finished’.
