Packaging tips for problem-free shipping outside the EU
For your parcel:
- Use a strong box made from corrugated cardboard. If you are sending multiple items at once, wrap them separately and include dividers to prevent damage. Fill the empty spaces in your parcel with newspaper or other shock-absorbing filler material. Make sure that the contents cannot shift. There is still empty space? Choose a smaller box.
- For fragile items, choose a box with double sides.
- Use strong tape to seal your parcel in places where it might rip or open up.
For your shipping label:
- Attach the shipping label to the box firmly and visibly. Make sure that the entire label is legible.
- Are you using a used box? Check the quality of the box and remove all labels and stickers on the outside. This prevents confusion when we sort your parcel.
