Why is bpost switching to a single bpost account?

Try the password you use to log in to one of these bpost tools or applications. It’s possible that this has replaced your current password. That's because bpost is switching to a single bpost account. Forgotten password If you can't remember your password and the password of a different bpost tool or app doesn’t work, you can always request a new password via 'forgot password' on the login screen. You will receive an email with further instructions on how to create a new password. This password will then be valid for all applications and tools linked to the updated bpost account.

The following bpost tools and applications are accessible with the same email address and password:

• My bpost app
• Mobile Postcard
• De Verhuisdienst

The email address with which you must log in from now on depends on the account(s) you have already created.
 

I have an account for one of these bpost tools or apps

You can continue to use this account with the email address and password that you presently use. This account has automatically become your ‘bpost account’. From now on, you can also log into the other tools and apps for which the new bpost account is valid.
 

I have an account for multiple of these bpost tools or apps.

In this case, it depends on whether you use the same email address for the different accounts.
