When can I pick up my parcel, and will I be notified of this?

You will receive a confirmation email, text message and/or notification in the My bpost app when your parcel is at the Pick-up Point.

I received a failed delivery notice in my letterbox

The message that the postman left in your letterbox indicates the Pick-up Point and when you can pick up your shipment.

Occasionally parcels are sent to a different Pick-up Point than the one indicated on the notice. Always use Track & Trace or the My bpost app to check which Pick-up Point your parcel was delivered to before picking it up.
