I use a different email address for bpaid and the online shipping tool. How do I switch to a single bpost account?
If you would like to keep one bpost account that allows you to log in to both the online shipping tool and your bpaid account, follow these steps:
Choose your email address
Decide which email address you want to use from now on as a bpost account to log in to both tools and applications. You do not have to take any action for the account you already use with this email address.
- I choose my bpaid email address for my bpost account
From now on, you can also use this bpost account to log into the online shipping tool to create labels for sending parcels. Please note that in this case, your shipping history, personal address file and order history do not move to this bpost account.
- I choose my email address from the online shipping tool as my bpost account
To use this email address for bpaid too, you can:
- Change your email address in the My bpaid app. Go to ‘My account’ and select ‘Email address and password’. You can change your email address there. Your bpaid profile will then be linked to your bpost account automatically.
- Phone the bpaid customer care centre and request that your email address is changed. Your bpaid profile will then be linked to your bpost account automatically.
