To meet this growing demand, speos is offering the following electronic documentation possibilities via its platform: e-mail, presentation of documents through self-care portals or third-party platforms such as certipost or Zoomit, etc.We also have solutions for data integration for your business customers.
speos not only ensures that your documents are routed correctly, it also handles the opt-in management and legal archiving operations.
Opt-in and opt-out management is of utmost importance because it determines the channel through which the invoice will be presented. Based on your segmentation you can present an OPT-IN strategy for the different possible channels. Once these different channels are made available, your end-users can choose an OPT-IN via their preferred channel. This can result in a switchover from paper documents to electronic documents, or from one electronic channel to another electronic channel.
Signed E-mail
You can send customer documents or a notification via e-mail. speos will send the invoice in PDF format via e-mail to your customer's mail box. The customer will receive an electronically signed document proving that the sender is known and trustworthy and that the document has not been changed. This signed PDF document is a legally recognized substitute for your paper document.
Non-deliverable items are sent back to your customer service for further processing and, if required, the e-mail or print document can be remailed.

Self Care Portal: document viewing via web
