Document generation consists in converting structured data into documents, in keeping with your marketing messages and business guidelines. Documents can be in form of data or images.
Raw data are converted through documents, with addition of different tags that identify the routing of your documents based on your business rules. Document creation also defines the output channel (print or electronic output).
For printing purposes, documents are enriched with optical marks for integrity and integrality control, to select marketing inserts and define the destination and weight classes. This process allows conversion to different laser-printer formats, indicates whether a marketing message has to be inserted and optimizes postal distribution.
For electronic purposes, documents are signed with an electronic signature and/or converted to different platform formats.
Every aspect of the production process, from file reception through to the different output channels, is controlled by our production platform ''e-report''.
