Case 1
Based on structured files, speos prints invoices for an oil company's customers and dealers that use their Fuel card, and invoices for the oil company's dealers accross Europe and Asia. There are 60 production cycles per month resulting in a total of 10 million envelopes per year for 29 European countries and 5 Asian countries.

Besides the printing of invoices, speos also provides legal archiving on CD-WORMs. speos has created a centralized viewing system for all the subsidiaries in each country, so they can select, view and print locally documents which are completely identical to those printed by speos the previous year.
The viewing system is fully integrated into the internal network and the oil company's extranet. The local subsidiary companies can thus remotely consult the documents for which they have access rights. This is done in an environment that is completely secured through password control, according to the oil company's rules and security procedures.
Some of the invoices are sent electronically and to different third-party platforms. For retailers, invoices that are legally compliant with the local e-regulations, are sent by e-mail.
On mail distribution, strict SLA’s are in place, and proactive reporting is set up.

Since 1998, an important player on the Belgian telecom market has entrusted us with the management of its entire documentary chain. We manage all its data using all available media, from paper to digital media.
We process all its invoices, which amount to 20 million envelopes a year. The printing is achieved on the latest business color continuous machinery to add overall flexibility and reduce stock costs.

Besides printing, we deliver electronic invoices through e-mail, Zoomit (online bank presentment system), certipost (consolidator platform) and via their self care portal.
After each invoicing cycle we store this data in a legal format on a CD-WORM. We also provide a viewing tool which is used by their call centre. Thanks to this viewing tool, about one hundred Customers Service Agents can simultaneously view an exact replica of all the invoices sent to their customers during the last 3 months.
speos has created a tool for displaying the data electronically on the operator's web site (ePortal). This way, their customers can consult the data using several available search options and thus obtain the information they need in an easy and user-friendly manner.
